The device did not fit well into my ear. Need smaller size
“I’m 60 and had got used to missing bits of conversation, especially in the pub or when the grandchildren were all talking at once. What surprised me with Volerto was how much clearer voices sounded without every bit of background noise taking over. They look far more modern than the bulky over-the-ear ones I’d been avoiding. Unfortunately these weren't as good as I was hoping, after reading the spec and reviews. I've ordered hearing aids online previously, and they do a reasonable job, but never quite as good as the expensive ones. I've been wearing these for 3 weeks now, but sadly they aren't giving me the speech clarity I was hoping for. I'll try them for a little longer, but I fear they may be getting returned.
The aids do not fit in my ears. I have tried all the domes supplied but nothing works. I shall probably be returning them and asking for a full refund shortly.
I charged them as per instructions and placed in my ear, it didn't seem to work so I pressed the volume button until I got full volume and it was still very poor. Also what sound I did hear was tinny. I shall be requesting my money back.
The only thing they do is increase the volume, not help with isolating voices

Finding it difficult to control background noise, l wish the volume control was better.
Clarity of speech not good
I'm still getting used to them, only had them a few days. At the moment they keep making a wanging sound when a voice is heard and i don't know if this is normal or not. They fit ok and feel comfortable. The volume up and down dosn't seem to change when pressing the buttons. It dosn't sound any louder or quieter.
Item arrived with NO earing aids in box refused to give me replacement or money back .DONT BYE THEM ITS A SCAM TO GET YOUR £135 FROM YOU WARNING WARNING WARNING WARNING DO NOT BUY. DO NOT BUY
The quality of sound is not as good as my nhs aids. I want to return them for a refund
Not much use to me with my hearing loss.
I charged my hearing aid for 12 Hrs yet they only lasted about 5 hrs the following day. I also expected fpr my hearing aids to have a volume control on the front of the case. Could you please explain why i havent been sent that type of case.
When inserting device into ear it changes volume settings and mode, the right ear isn’t equipped with mode settings or it’s broken, when pressing the button for volume it’s a computerised American unclear “volume up” etc Given your advertising I thought this would be the best but has sadly been the worst hearing aids I have ever tried Your “sound” advertising comparison in a restaurant from being a noisy environment and then using your hearing aids cutting out all background noise is totally fabricated, unreal and false advertising I formally request a full refund of my purchase as described in your advertisement if unhappy within a 90 day period, please acknowledge I’m lodging my unsatisfactory complaint against said hearing aids on the same day of delivery Regards Chris
I've ordered hearing aids online previously, but they've never quite done the job, so when I read the spec on these, they sounded like they might be better. I've only been wearing them for just over a week, but up to now, I'm not impressed, and they seem no different to the previous ones. I'll give them a few more weeks to see if my ears adjust to them, but if there's no significant improvement, I'm afraid they will be getting returned.

The problem is the ear piece is not small enough to go in my ear canal as is narrow therefore the rest of the aid doesnt go far enough in to feel comfortable. That is the only reason I had put dislike. I would like to return them for a refund

Early days but so far pleased with them
Delivered on time and well packaged. They look great in a really nice rechargeable box so you can always recharge on the move. They come with a selection of ear buds to suit everyone and a cleaning brush. The hearing aids themselve are nice and small and easy to use the volume button is firm to push so your not accidentally messing with the volume, I have had no feed back or hi pitched sqeeling so im really pleased I have tried other less expensive aids but in my opinion these are 5 times better for double the money so I pleased I paid the extra

Just getting used to them and experimenting with different size earbuds as one of my ear cavities is smaller than the other. Cuts out most background noise, unlike my previous brand. Would recommend these to anyone looking for good quality hearing aids at a great price.
