Delivered on time and well packaged. They look great in a really nice rechargeable box so you can always recharge on the move. They come with a selection of ear buds to suit everyone and a cleaning brush. The hearing aids themselve are nice and small and easy to use the volume button is firm to push so your not accidentally messing with the volume, I have had no feed back or hi pitched sqeeling so im really pleased I have tried other less expensive aids but in my opinion these are 5 times better for double the money so I pleased I paid the extra

Just getting used to them and experimenting with different size earbuds as one of my ear cavities is smaller than the other. Cuts out most background noise, unlike my previous brand. Would recommend these to anyone looking for good quality hearing aids at a great price.

These are definitely different. They take a little getting used to but they work great. I think what makes them so different is theres hardly any background noise and no white noise. I will purchase another pair. Just because I am bad to wash my clothes and forget I have the case in my pocket
