Refund policy
We offer a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days from the date you receive your Volerto 2.0 hearing aids to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, including all original packaging, accessories, and components. Proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, please contact us at contact@volerto.com. Returns must be requested and approved before sending any items back. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Once your return has been shipped, please email us the tracking number so we can monitor the delivery and process your refund promptly.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@volerto.com so we can evaluate the issue and assist you.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of hearing aids as personal care devices, returns may be refused if items are returned in unsanitary or incomplete condition.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace your item, please return the original product for a refund (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund.
